Open is more than just an ERG initiative at IPG Mediabrands; it’s the DNA of their culture.
We created the brand identity for what has become an award-winning series of events, focus groups, podcasts, radio shows and company policy changes, overseeing the identity since 2016 and helping to bring employees closer together.

The six employee resource groups (Open networks) bring colour to their agencies with events, radio shows and powerful discussions around the environment, race, religion, LGBTQ+ community, neurodiversity, wellbeing and gender equality.
The vibrant internal-facing branding reflects the full diversity of the Open community, anchored by the Open ‘O’ which serves as both a framing device and a means of creating instant recognition of Open events advertised across IPG Mediabrands’ UK & Ireland offices.
